Is dit vir GOD (3)....24x7?

I am very much grateful to GOD and the Holy Spirit and I believe that the Holy Spirit is revealing itself to me, as I have said, in many ways. I heard a message from Joyce Meyer that I found and thought relevant to my current initiative to rollout the wallpaper.

Thinking how to word and present this, I was suddenly given this morning the idea to indeed name it “is dit GOD 24x7?” I am missing HIS big picture? Is the Holy Spirit leading me in accordance to HIS will? I can only trust that HE is, and ..Yes LORD, I am willing to continue!!

I trust that you all care to read version 3 of “is dit vir GOD”.

Is it for the Lord 24x7? (Is dit vir GOD 24x7?)

In your relations with your boy friend / girl friend, fiancée, husband / wife, can you recall any an event where one of you intended pursuing your own agenda? Told your wife you need a boy’s night? Told your husband you have an ex and would like maintain a contact on a regular basis? Told your fiancée, you need some time alone i.e. let us rest our relation and meet others? Told your partner that you have many friends of the opposite sex whom you meet regularly? etc.

Have any of this type of event lead to unhappiness? Arguments? Talk of separation? Thoughts of separation? Actual separation?

Is this not you being jealous? Were you ever jealous? Why is one jealous?

Is it not that you want and expect a fully committed relationship?

Are you then not like an unfaithful wife having an illicit love affair and breaking your marriage vows? JAMES 4: 4 (NIV) (4) You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.

Is it not that you expect a 24x7 relationship?

Have you ever felt like not attending a cell meeting, church and the like, said lets rather do this or that? Made excuses for not attending a meeting in GOD presence? Spent your time fully on what you want and giving GOD little or no time at all? Given 1 minute prayers but no commitment to feel the presence of GOD? Gone on a weekend break without your bible. etc.

Is this not you being Christ like? Were you ever not like Jesus? Why is one not filled with love?

Is it not that GOD wants and expects a fully committed relationship with HIM, trough Jesus Christ and by the influence of the Holy Spirit?

Are you then not like an unfaithful wife having an illicit love affair with the world and breaking your marriage vow to God? JAMES 4: 4 (Amplified) (4) You [are like] unfaithful wives [having illicit love affairs with the world and breaking your marriage vow to God]! Do you not know that being the world's friend is being God's enemy? So whoever chooses to be a friend of the world takes his stand as an enemy of God.

Paul called on God's holy people in the city of Corinth as well as others and gave them encouragement and guidance on how to stick together in unity and in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Chapter 6 Paul deals with sexual immorality (not really applicable) but in verse 19, we are given script of how important our GOD believes us to be in body and soul; 1 KORINTIANS 6: 19 (NIV) (19) Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own.

James addresses Christians (mostly Jews) and guides them (us) in regard to the challenges of live, which includes a view on the causes that lead to fights and quarrels among us which are also seen as selfish desires that fight to control us. James then reminds us that that the Holy Spirit is jealous and wants our total commitment. JAMES 4: 5 (KJV) (5) Or do you suppose that the Scripture is speaking to no purpose that says, The Spirit Whom He has caused to dwell in us yearns over us and He yearns for the Spirit [to be welcome] with a jealous love?

Is it not then clearly apparent that GOD expects a 24x7 relationship with you?
